Nintendo had their latest direct earlier today and in my opinion it was quite a doozy. There were a whole slew of brand new games as well as some previously revealed. The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct was earlier today and covered a lot of cool stuff to celebrate the series. From concerts to ocarinas there was a bunch of neat things revealed. Of course, one of the biggest was the first real look at the upcoming Ocarina of Time remake, which you can see in the trailer above, and the release date, November 5th. In the full Direct they show off much more so you should watch that too.

Heads up, Nintendo is bringing us not one, but TWO Directs next week. The first on September 8th at 7am PT for The Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary and the second on September 9th as a standard Nintendo Direct. That one will also be at 7am PT. They will be thirty and forty-five minutes long respectively.

Check it out, a brand-new trailer for the upcoming Street Fighter movie. See some familiar faces and some classic moves in this new look at the movie. It won't be too much longer for the premiere, the movie launches October 16th.

There's a new Pokémon movie coming in 2027 and you can see the official teaser above. So far, all we know is that Mimikyu is in it and it's about Pokémon TCG. That's it.

Check out this brand-new trailer for the upcoming Final Fantasy VII Revelation which will launch sometime in 2027 for all platforms. Of course, if you haven't played the previous two games then there might be some spoilers so fair warning.

We've already been told that a brand new DLC was coming for The Witcher 3 and now we've got our first teaser trailer for it. Check out the trailer above to see a little of what's to come. The DLC will launch next year on PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch 2.

I can't believe that it's finally happening. Terranigma, a game from the SNES era that only launched in Europe and Japan back in the 90s is finally getting a release in the US. Coming sometime next year, it will launch on PS4/5, Xbox Series X|S, Nintendo Switch 1/2, and PC. There's no other info yet aside that it's coming from Clear River Games. In the meantime, enjoy the trailer.

Super Evil Megacorp has launched their newest update to TMNT: Splintered Fate and it finally concludes the game's story. Best of all? It's free. Separately, there is paid DLC available released alongside it that adds Slash to the game. I can't speak for everywhere, but the Platinum edition of the game, which bundles all the DLC together, is on sale on the Nintendo eShop in the US.

If you're looking for something more in Marvel Cosmic Invasion, good news, a new DLC focusing on Dr. Doom is coming this fall for all platforms. Like Tribute Games' post says, two new characters and a new game mode will be coming alongside it. Conveniently timed for The Avengers: Doomsday launching this December in theaters of course.

At D23, Disney has announced that an anime based on the Kingdom Hearts video game series is coming to the Disney Channel and Disney+. The show is being developed with the assistance of Tetsuya Nomura and the creative team at Square Enix. It's being billed as a brand-new story to expand the universe although no mention of where in the game timeline it fits has been revealed yet.

QuakeCon is underway and part of the celebration is a brand-new episode for Quake to celebrate its 30th anniversary. It's out now for all platforms and you can get a look at it in the trailer above.

Nintendo has announced a Direct tomorrow, August 4th, for the upcoming Fire Emblem game. Presentation will begin at 7am PDT and will run for about twenty minutes.

It's August 1st and that means the next set in the Super Mario LEGO series is now out and available for purchase. As if the picture and title didn't give it away, it's the Donkey Kong arcade set which retails for $199.99USD. Super Evil Megacorp is teasing something for TMNT: Splintered Fate. What exactly is harder to say. New characters? New bosses? Based on the video, a samurai character is shown on a poster and what looks to be Slash on another. Top it off with voiceovers talking about your "foe" says something interesting is coming.

Sega's upcoming Crazy Taxi game, Crazy Taxi: World Tour, has a closed network test coming up soon, but don't worry, sign-ups are running for about a month. Specifically, August 31st at 11:59pm PT is the cutoff to apply so there's still a lot of time left. The closed network test is limited to XBOX Series X|S, PlayStation 5, and Steam with English and Japanese being the only supported languages and applicants are limited to the following countries: United States, Canada, Mexic

Not only is Final Fantasy XIV coming soon to the Nintendo Switch, but also a brand-new expansion is on the way for all platforms in January 2027. This will bring two new Jobs to the game, a level cap increase from 100 to 110, and of course new dungeons and raids to challenge. We're days away from the launch of Splatoon Raiders for the Nintendo Switch 2 and Nintendo has released, presumably, it's final overview trailer. Check it out now to learn a bit more before the game launches on Thursday.
