Elite Raid Eggs in Pokémon GO

It looks like the Elite Raid Eggs which were set to start appearing at 6pm local time today have been delayed in some regions. No specific regions were given, but it looks like the Elite Raids were preventing the spawns intended for the Four-Star Raids for Lampent as part of Community Day. Elite Raid Eggs are new feature where the egg takes twenty-four hours to hatch. Once hatched, the raid will be available for thirty minutes and is open only to in person raiding; no remote raids allowed. Hoopa Unbound is the Pokémon featured in this Elite Raid.
