Monster Hunter Rise for the Switch has been updated to version 3.8. The update is mostly bug fixes for some visual issues as well as a couple for the game freezing after doing "certain steps." If nothing else, it's required to play multiplayer and for DLC. You can see the full list of fixes at the link above.
