Despite the planned revamp for E3 this year, it's been announced that the whole show has been cancelled. No in person events and no digital events. It's not very surprising news considering that the big companies have all announced that they're doing their own shows this year so there was little need on their end to do E3. It is a shame since E3 was always such an important event in years past and this seems to be the final nail in its coffin.
