The next Pokémon Go Community Day will be July 17th, a Sunday, from 11am to 2pm local time. Starly is the focus and evolving it to Staravia between 11am to 7pm will get you the fast attack Gust, which can only be obtained during the event or with an Elite TM afterwards.
