Pokémon Presents aired on YouTube earlier this morning and it was packed with information. Here's the full video below, otherwise read on for highlights.
On August 22 Pokémon Unite will be available for mobile devices. Preregistration bonuses will net you Pikachu and a costume. Mamoswine and Sylevon will be coming soon.
Pokémon Cafe Mix is getting an overhaul. Once that releases in the fall it'll be called Pokémon Cafe Remix. New Pokémon will be added as well as updates to the puzzles.
Pokémon Masters EX is celebrating its two year anniversary with in game events. Among them, returning legendary events and a 3,000 gem bonus as well as a new storyline that'll begin soon.
Pokémon Go is celebrating its fifth anniversary. Galar Pokémon will be available for the first time through the Ultra Unlock Part 3 event that runs from August 20-31.
Pokémon Brilliant Diamond and Pokémon Shining Pearl will release November 19. Old features are returning such as the underground and contests, but have been updated for this game. For example, the underground is now know as the Grand Underground which will run throughout the Sinnoh region and host new areas known as Pokémon Hideaways. These themed areas will house Pokémon you can't find above ground and is tied to the layout of your base. A new Nintendo Switch Lite themed with Dialga and Palkia on it will be available November 5.
Pokémon Legends Arceus is coming January 28, 2022. Taking place in the Hisui region, as Sinnoh was known in the past, you'll encounter both new and old Pokémon in new ways. Shown in the trailer were evolutions to Stantler and Basculin, Wyrdeer and Basculegion respectively, as well as Hisuian forms to both Braviary and Growlithe. Encountering Pokémon is also changing where you'll have to sneak up on them or approach them slowly in order to capture them. Sometimes you'll have to fight the wild Pokémon first. The trailer also showed off changes to the battle system. Not only are there Strong and Agile styles for your Pokémon's attack, there is also an action order system. Depending on the moves you use, you may be able to attack multiple times before the wild Pokémon.
Finally, the video ended with the announcement that the new Diamond and Pearl as well as Pokémon Legends Arceus will be supporting Pokémon Home sometime in 2022.
