Last Saturday Digital Extremes held their yearly event for all things Warframe; TennoCon. Of all the things showed, the biggest surprises were held for the end. Namely, the long coming The New War and the news that cross play and cross save are actively being worked on. The New War will be out sometime this year, while no official date was given for cross play/cross save beyond that it's in active development. You can see the summary for TennoCon over at their page.
