The Sims 4 Base Game Now Free

Shown during the Behind The Sims Summit stream earlier today, the base game of The Sims 4 is now free to play on all platforms. That means PC/Mac, PS4/5, and Xbox One/Series X|S. Also revealed was a new Sims title known only as Project Rene at the moment and work continues on The Sims Freeplay, The Sims Mobile, and The Sims 4. Namely, face updates, super yachts, and a Christmas seasonal quest for The Sims Freeplay, balconies for The Sims Mobile, and an upcoming baby expansion for The Sims 4.
