As part of the Xenoblade Chronicles 3 Direct earlier today, Nintendo announced that there will be a paid Expansion Pass coming to the game. It will be launched in four waves. Contents and release dates are as follows:
Wave 1 July 29, 2022
-collection of helpful items
-alternate colors for existing outfits
Wave 2 by December 31, 2022
-Challenge Battle mode
-new hero and quests
-new outfits
Wave 3 by April 30, 2023
-another Challenge Battle mode
-another new hero and quests
-more new outfits
Wave 4 by December 31, 2023
-brand new story scenario
The Expansion Pass is available now for purchase and retails for $29.99 in the US.
